Background (AU!Canon; HP): [Paranormal]Sif was a wealthy Pureblood family, the second child to her mother and the first to her father. Growing up in Norway, she knew Thor Odinson from the very cradle, as many Pureblood children do. Amd om a way she always felt more welcomed around the Odinson's than she did around her own family, her parents both busy with their own affairs and only truly paying attention to her when they wanted a pretty daughter to show off to other pureblood families in the hopes of making a strong match for Sif.
But from the get go Sif shunned her parents ideas on how a good pureblood daughter should behave. Her pretty dresses were often ruined in her play, and she took well to rough housing around with Thor, happy to try and best him in physical struggles and often winning. She enjoyed life with Thor who never treated her as a fragile thing that should be kept clean and speak sweetly, but as simply a friend, gender irrelevant. (Well there was a few times he attempted to make her play the Princess in Knights and Princesses, but it was soon decided that Loki made a better Princess)
